KONSPEC is a compostable resin and masterbatch manufacturer in Mangaluru, Karnataka and one of India’s most technically advanced producers of PLA, PBAT, and bio-based polymer compounds for sustainable packaging.
Established in 1987, the company operates eight manufacturing units (six in Mangaluru, one in Chennai, and one in Bengaluru) with a total installed capacity of 54,000 MTPA, including a dedicated 20,000 MTPA swing plant for its n2n compostable compound range.
KONSPEC’s products are certified to IS 17088, EN 13432, and ASTM D 6400, and meet USFDA, EU, and Japanese food safety standards.
The company exports to 16+ countries across four continents and holds an exclusive technical collaboration with Total Corbion for PLA-based biodegradable compounds in India.
