Incorporated in 1994 and acquired by Japan’s Nippon Paper Industries Co. Ltd. in 2017 for approximately ₹100 crore, the company operates manufacturing plants in Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) and Badlapur (Maharashtra).
Its product range covers custom-printed hot and cold beverage cups, food buckets, pizza boxes, popcorn tubs, kraft paper, and CPCB-certified compostable packaging.
